You can permanently delete your CatchyTek account and personal data at any time. Here is how to do it, and what happens to your data afterwards.
Sign in, then go to Account → Account settings → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account.

Message us on WhatsApp from the phone number on your account and ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days.

Your name, phone number, contact email, saved delivery addresses, wishlist, notification preferences and product reviews are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
Completed order and invoice records are kept for 7 years, as Iraqi tax and commercial law requires. They are retained for legal compliance only, are not linked to a usable account, and are never used to contact you.
